ORDERING PROCESS

On your clicking the Submit Order button, this will be deemed as your agreement for us debiting the sale cost from your card and despatching the goods to you and forms a contract between yourself and Blessed & Beautiful. We will email you an Order Confirmation, which will restate the delivery address, invoice details and cost, and give an estimated date of delivery. From the point of our sending the order confirmation should you choose to cancel the order you must inform us in writing, either by post, fax or email.

PAYMENT PROCESS 

Credit and Debit Card Payments

We are able to accept the following cards: Visa Credit, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Switch, UK Maestro, Solo, Maestro, JCB

The address where the card is registered must match the information input into the invoice address. If for any reason the payment is not authorised, we will contact you to inform you. Your order will only be accepted if accompanied with a valid payment.

Cheques and postal orders

We are able to accept payment by cheque and postal orders. Please make cheques payable to Blessed & Beautiful and send your cheque or postal order to:  103 Crystal Palace Road, London, SE22 9ES, accompanied by a copy of your order confirmation. On clearance of your payment the goods will be despatched in line with the estimated delivery date notified in your order confirmation.  Do not send cash through the post.

DELIVERY PROCESS

Your order will be despatched to you by courier.

United Kingdom

The estimated delivery date will be notified on the Order Confirmation we send you. We will endeavour to deliver the goods to you within this period but are unable to guarantee this. If for any reason the estimated despatch or delivery date will not be met we will contact you by email to give a revised idea of when the item will be delivered.

The prices published on the shopping pages include delivery costs to UK customers where the delivery address is within Mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland . This area is classed as Zone 1. The following areas will incur an additional delivery cost and are classed as Zone 2 Highlands and Islands of Scotland with postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE. As will the following areas that are classed as Zone 3: Northern Ireland , Isle of Scilly and Isle of Man. The Channel Islands are classed as Zone 4 and are also subject to an additional delivery cost. Zone 2,3 & 4 additional delivery cost is calculated by weight and will be notified to you in your Order Confirmation.

Delivery outside the UK

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom you will be notified by email of the delivery cost and esitmated despatch date. When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Blessed & Beautiful, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Our policy for returns is in accordance with European Union Law, protecting your right to a seven day cooling off period.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.


What to do if you want to return your purchase


  Notify us by email, fax or post of your intention to return the item. This notification must arrive at Blessed & Beautiful within seven working days of the day after the item was delivered.

  Specify whether you are returning the item

A) Because you no longer want to purchase it.

B) Because the item is damaged, faulty or sent in error.

What happens next?

We will contact you to arrange collection of the item, the collection will be carried out through the same means it was delivered. If there is a delivery cost for returning the item, you will be notified of the amount (see Note below).

When we receive the item a refund will be issued via the method the original payment was made. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

Note: that if you are returning the item because of:

Reason A) because you no longer want to purchase it, then the costs for returning the item will be borne by you and deducted from the refund amount. See the table below for return delivery costs.

Reason B) because the item is damaged, faulty or sent in error Blessed & Beautiful will bear the return costs. In which case the amount refunded will be the amount originally paid.
